In 1887 Ferdinand Claus and Georger Ph. Schweder, two German immigrants to Portugal, started in Porto the first national soap and perfumes factory. At this time fine gentlemen’s soap was produced mainly for the aristocracy. In the 1920's the company was taken over by their partners Achiles and Alfonso de Brito. It was at this time that the Musgo Real line was created. With its retro feel and classic fragrance of Vetiver and Patchouli, the range never lost its attraction and continues to be an all-time classic in the Claus Porto portofolio of luxury soaps.
Musgo Real pre shave oil softens the beard and prepares the skin for a close and comfortable shave without clogging the pores or your razor.
Ideal for sensitive skin, Musgo pre shave oil is fragrance free and forms a protective layer over the skin while softening the hairs to eliminate any razor burn or irritation caused by shaving.
How to use it: For best results, a few drops of the Musgo Real pre shave oil should be massaged into the newly washed skin to create an even layer. Your shaving cream or soap should then be applied on top of the oil for maximum lubrication and protection.
